Core Strategy
The program aims to add a monetization layer specifically for amateur creators without turning the site into a fully paywalled platform.- Hybrid Model: Maintains free public videos and "For Friends" content while adding paid fan clubs.
- Focus Areas: Prioritizes creator discovery, community engagement, and free teaser content over aggressive paywalls.
- Conversion: Uses a "preview-first" approach where users see a free preview before being prompted to unlock content via subscription.
User and Creator Experience
For Fans
- Discovery: A dedicated Creators Catalog features trending creators, category filters, and quick subscribe options.
- Centralized Feed: Subscribed users have a "My Fan Club Feed" to see updates from all creators they follow in one place.
- Token System: An internal balance system where 1 token = $1 USD. Tokens are purchased in packs (e.g., 100, 500, 1000) and used for subscriptions.
For Creators
- Profiles: Individual storefronts featuring bios, fan club plans, and both free and locked content.
- Onboarding: A multi-step verification flow includes ID verification and payout details.
- Dashboard: A private studio for managing earnings, uploads, and fan club statistics.
- Revenue: Split between Creator/Ultrathots
